I am a mechanic. I have built many of these trans. Your reverse-high clutches are gone. Throttle linkage controls line pressure for shift points. I would suggest that you have your mechanic or you install one of the many shift kits made for this trans. Also be sure to replace the overrun sprag during the rebuild.----IN MY OPINION, this is one of the best trans ever built. Chrysler must have got it right, they started building it in 1962!
