If I was going to put a 6inch suspension lift on a 78 or 79 PW, what all would I have to do? Do I have to drop the transfer case? I know about the steering linkage and stuff, but what else is there that is necessary for everything not to get all FUBARE'd on me? Also, would you reccommend going with all suspension, or with body and suspension? Target height is about 7-8 inches. PA law says no more than 5" in blocks and 3" in body lift.
