At 9 degrees, the 230 engine starts to run very rough.

It started fine, without problem. Warmed up
and idled fine. Has no power, sounded like it was running very rich. Would stop as if flooded, hard to start, then all of a sudded it would start fine and not act like it was loaded with gas. Pulled the plugs, they are black from running rich. When engine is running, no power to move truck, then all of a sudden it will clear and run fine for a few minutes. Pulled carb, looking for ice in fuel bowl...clean. When it is running poorly, it missing badly and sounds like a cylinder or 2 are not fireing.

Points are ok, plug wires ok

Any thoughts on what problem is.
