Not according to my books,you can't use 3/4 ton civilan parts, the part numbers are different. The only one that I show that is the same without digging to much, is the W300,1957-1959 on the Right side. It is the same as the Flatfender (WDX,WM300,B-1-PW,C-1-PW,etc)
