After spending an embarassing amount of time trying to align my front passenger door, I realize I need to look before I leap! Thursday night I got the door all set and bolted on and it didn't fit. Called it a night. Awoke 4 A.M. and thought hey if I just loosen the bolts enough to close the door I might be able to tighten up with the door shut. Boy did that work great. My wife and I have to get used to NOT lifting and heaving the door. Lot less draft when the door is a TIGHT fit!! Now I'll NOT take the driver's door off to adjust. I'll loosen the bolts with the door open, close and tighten. At least I learned ALL I want to know about the door-hinge-pin-alignment for now.
