If it was me, I would try this.
Supplies
1. 1 5 lb sledge hammer
2. 1 chisel (optional)
3. 1 camp stove
4 1 large pot
5. Several large containers of water.
6. 1 large bag of salt, the finer the grain, the better.
7. Gloves, glasses, and fire extingisher for safety.

set up the camp stove and start heating water. Add salt to water until it cant desolve any more. If possible. chisel or smack the affected area around the tires to break up the ground a bit to allow water to penetrate. Pack the base of the frozen tires with salt. Pour the hot water around the affected area and let saline solution go to work. Repeat this until the tires appear to be sitting in a gushy mud/water/salt slurry. Then hook up the tractor and give it a pull. Keep in mind that I have never tried this but my friends and I have sat around a table and this is the best we can come up with.
