Not to get on a rant, but "work ethic" is a phrase most young people today are not familiar with. I'm not saying this is the case with Tim's boy or Bill's son, or anyone else in particular, but, in far too many cases, work ethics are not taught in families. Mom and dad are busy with their careers and don't have time for the kids. My nephew just quit a job at a special school for kids whose parents sent them there to learn how manners and discipline. Sad.
