OT but dodge

Anybody know anything about cummins injector pumps. I have a 93 w250 with a CTD. There is a breather hole in the injector pump under the diaphram for the smoke screw. I have fuel dripping out of this breather.Anybody know the cause and a fix. I ask this on the Dodge talk web site and got no answers.
