they collect dust .
most are junk .
they are given out for the most inane reasons .
When I moved from my shop at the old age of 24 or so the one thing I left was the cheap plastic trophies .
Kind of on par with ribbons or those dumb triangle flag things that tourists collect .
Now recognition for creating something is another story . Just do not do it with some cheap 3 dollar plastic door prop .
