Just take it very easy with the old girl keep the revs and speed down do not want to damage the engine any more. Engine repairs are very costly and are not a DIY thing (no matter what others might say)
doubt if any of the "snake oil" did any good
but it was probably worth the try
piston (rings?) damage was probably done when
they (whomever) tried to "wake" the engine up
you can tell by the different readings on the leakdown test. Piston(s) might have breakage
next step would be to remove head & check the
cylinders (machinest with micrometer)
