Like Paul and Eddie, I have a Buckstop front and rear. I have had NO complaints with the powder coating. I got mine in silver to match my '06 Dodge 2500. My son got one in black and the powder coating has been terrible. Finally he got it blasted off and painted.
Consider the Mile Marker hydraulic winch, rather than the electric.
