Many years ago I was in Baja Calif. Watched the Mexicans stick a PW trying to pull in a boat. They couldn't get it out before the tide came in. Next day, they were back with another PW, pulled the stuck one out, drained the oil out of everything, replaced it, started it up and drove it away. It's worth a shot.
