I dont beleive this post for the simple reason is why would she be complaining about overheating to the other shop in the first place, you seem to be claiming they caused the overheating in the first place, maybe they did maybe they did not, for all you know the woman herself bought the car with this problem or her son installed it backwords, heck truthfully your tech could of have installed it backwords and then discovered it as for as we know, you were in here the other day complaining about a new truck with a simialr post about a clutch is why i say this, how did that clutch turn out?? Did you finally read the install directions or call the maker of the clutch?? I like to hear that update i think i missed its result, also you dont need to pull the rad to check for blockage either, pull the botton hose and see how fast it flows out, hard to say on these internet deals but i bet it still has a overheating problem you missed or the other shop did as well, you did not mention if you checked the fan, belt tension etc etc or rad cap or drove the car under load for the test drive to recreate the problem, did you call the shop and ask them how did they test it for a bad head gasket before you came on here to bash them??? Weird to me??
