Used the 1948-52 2wd truck rear fenders with an extension. I have seen the regular single rear wheel fenders extended out, but the job always looked home made.
It is possible that the fender style in the picture was used earlier, and later on Dodge decided to extend the standard fender, but I have never seen proof of that. If you consider the later sweptline bed dually, the fenders are more like the ones in the image than the single wheel Utiline box fenders of the same era.
