12' high ceiling.
6" thick floor with 1/2 rebar 16" on center,not 1 crack in 25 years
Double bowl sink,with hot/cold water.
Pit in the floor 5'deep 3'wide 15'long.
drain in the pit floor and electric no running a cord.
Fuel oil hot air furnace.
Insulated all walls and cieling and drywalled all around,1/4plywood on cieling.
Florecent cold start lights..{never have enough light}
O last but not least a refridgerator..soda only L.O.L
