Are you saying you will have a basement under the garage? If so, the pre-stressed hollow core panels are the way to go. I have used them for that exact application, as well as for driveways that span a void between the road and the house with the garage attached to the house. Considering that you need to pour a slab (usually 3-4") over the panels, the total weight is tremendous. If you are planning to use these for any application, your supplier should be able to direct you on their expectations for the walls that will support them and the slab that needs to be poured over them.
