The odds of the carb kit that you buy from VPW being the right one is small.
My B4 model had a Stromberg carb, most have a Carter.
There are websites that have photos of the carbs that help you identify what you have. Do that before you spend your money, but don't be afraid to dissasemble, clean and re-assemble the carb yourself.
Like others said, use carb cleaner and compressed air, and little pieces of wire to poke thru the holes. I even yank small bristles out of wire brushes to get the real small diameter wires that are needed.
