SO last night my 2 boys go to the truck pulls at the West End Fair. Just out of the parking lot his clutch pedal goes to the floor. Its late he knows I cant help with one good leg. So he drives it home with out a clutch, Just right RPMs. Today he helps me finish the work I started yesterday. I just watch. We go to the shop to have a look. The Clutch master cylinder broke from it mounting flange. 4 spot welds broke. When he bought the dual disc clutch they told him he needed the up grade Clutch hydraulics. Heavy Duty. It comes in one assembly master, slave and line. Full of fluid with no bleeder. South Bend was no help with his dual disc clutch noise so I guess were on our own with this problem. Its got around25,000 miles and 9 months. So if you guys are thinking about a clutch up grade for the BIG Dodge C engine look elswere. YAh just cant find good stuff anymore. We cant take the master cylinder off the line. Its one piece. If we do how are we going to bleed it?? Just might putthe factory stuff back on. Any ideas? Thanks Bill.
