You are lucky, as you saw in another post, I am probably looking at Friday for the grid.
If I did not have a farm tractor I would get a set up like yours. Diesel is definitely the way to go.
My neighbor came by yesterday, his smaller gas powered generator would not start...the carb was gummed up from the "modern" gasoline he had sitting in it for many months.
