Your Welcome.

On your axles, being straight you should be able to get to the adjusters unlike I can so you should be OK.

My D-Rings are 4'-6" apart. The placement on my trailer (22') changed after loading in towing from that planning illustration. The PW sets about 1' further rearward than in that illustration, but the placement depends upon where tour axles are.

On your 20/23' trailer, I'd place two at each end (~4'6" depending upon your preferred tie down locations on the truck) apart. I'd place 4 more (total of 8) under the truck about 4' from the axles. this will allow you to tie both axles for and aft if needed.

I tie each axle to the trailer ends, and the rear axle to the center of the trailer, only using 6 tie downs.

Keep up the good work.
