I just ordered a custom intercooler from my local radiator shop. They order from a larger supplier. I believe they have them made at CG&J. I had the choice of 1.5" thick extruded core with 2.25" tanks, or 2.0 inch thick extruded core with 2.5" tanks. We could only fit the 2.25 tanks or I would have gone larger. Don't forget to allow for your drive shaft to your winch if you retained it. Mine cost $570 which I thought was a good deal... I do quite a bit of business with this shop, so I hope it is.
