I have more than one pair of Klein side cutters with big arc burns from Zinsco breakers that failed to trip when I cut a wire that I thought(?) was dead.
There is a 200 amp panel in the house that feeds a smaller panel in garage A which feeds a yet smaller panel in garage B. Yes, the sequence is "larger to smaller".
