Well, do you really expect a shop to stay open with four employees on $16.00 oil changes?
I occasionally go to an oil change shop (never Jiffy Lube) because it's quick and easy and I usually have something on my lift at home. But, I always feel kind of guilty if I get just an oil change. I stay where I can see what's going on and never leave a vehicle at the shop.
I go to a local oil change place. They haven't screwed me yet. I try to get air filters and the like through them. The prices are about the same as Auto Zone anyway.
