and climbed up into my loft and found a distributer . The clearance is 20 to 23 thousand. There is one washer or shim or cauler under the gear .real thin thing . The only thing at the top is a seal , no shims in either blow up are shown in the top of the housing .
I looked in 2 books and found blow up pictures but no gap size .
There was no rotor so i can not tell you the distance from rotor to the edge of the case .
