I too would like to turn them in to compost
my neighbors saw it all happen, finding them and identifying them is the trick
I do have a hunch know who did it and I have a hunch as to what scrap yd they sold it too, but will it be worth it time and money wise, getting cops and lawyers etc. etc.,
anyrate I am going early to see if it is there before they haul it to Guatamala to be melted.
