Mr Bear, Wait , wait and Wait. are you sure that its the pump?? Did you do a vacumm test and a pressure test? If your pumps are over the counter Like NAPA they already have the new stuff in them so the gas is not the problem. The old pumps have a larger rubber in them than the new. You can buy rubbers for the old pumps. New over the counter pumps are smaller rubber. And gas has been the same since the 80s. I hopethis helps and PLEASE dont buy a electric pump. Go back in time its 1960 and you need a fuel pump. What would you buy. I can Tellyou the Dodge dealer wouldnt even consider it. I wish you were close I would show you the way.
