I am not sure were you would get them and if they have an on road type fuel pump, but I believe Perkins makes diesels around the size you are looking for. Seems the europeans make higher reving diesels with more cylinders for a given displacement. Besides second to cummins a perkins seems sort of right in an old power wagon.
