They mount on an electric angle grinder. They have a 7/8 hole and mount like a grinding wheel. They are not scotchbrite but a woven plastic material. they run a lot cooler than sandpaper and like mentioned, avoid the sharp edges and they'll last quite a while. Hopefully the link will work.
I bought a box of the 4 1/2" once I tried one but if you them in 7 or 9 I'd go that route.
