And I think it is from some of the details, I saw it back in 2002 or so for about 30 minutes. I was not inspecting it with buying in mind but my impression was a nice clean western truck overall. It had a pickup front bumper on it, which is why I helped the previous owner get a correct front bumper for it.

From the images it looks like the current owner did a lot of nice work to it, but I can't make any definitive statements about the current condition of a truck I saw 9 years ago.
