At higher speed, you want front ackerman. OE stuff is split, some front, some rear. So it can't be "weird and dangerous geometry". Frinstance, F250 fords have been both ways over the years.

And I didn't advise anybody else to do it, I talked about me doing it.

And while the steering arm can be swapped, as Daryl in Oz did, there is no room for a cross steering 'drag link' rod behind the axle. We are talking 4x4, remember?
