there was a lady in Houston back in the day who´s dad invented a vaporizer using vacum that mixed water with the gasoline and vaporized it with a positively charged cadmium screen in the gasket, she said she got 25% better fuel economy.
said her dad got the idea from fling planes in the rain and they had better fuel economy flying in the rain than dry weather
