Land Rovers- OT

I have always had a fastination with the old Series 88"wb Land Rovers especially 2A and 3 models.

Anyone here like them? I imagine that they are full of the quirks that UK vehicles are known for- oil leaks and electrics especially. Do u need UK wrenches (Witworth nuts and bolts)? Prices for nice surviors seem pretty high- how do they compare for ease of restoring compared to our FFPWs?
