First thing get rid of that electric thing. Second did you tear down the carb into parts to soak it. Needel and seat maybe sticking? If it only runs with choke out its lean. Theres alot of stuff to do its hard to fix truck over this box. Must make sure you have the right fuel pressure. Electric pump bad. Good Luck.
