Cneck for any open ports in the intake manifold.
Check the wiper system by disconnecting the hose and blocking the fitting. Next try the PCV valve, in the manifold, under the carb. You'll need wrenches for that, but disconnect and plug.
And maybe cleaning out the carb will fix it too?
