Greg, I have a 2wd on a WC chassis, the 6bt is 8 inches in the cab and also offset to the pass side to clear the starter and Saginaw steering, and the shifter on the Dodge NV4500 is too far back for my liking, and the exhaust is going to be a nightmare and run outside of the frame. The only good part about the round civvie fenders is the large amount of room between the radiator and grill where I was able to wedge a 928G Caterpillar intercooler. There's way more than just the doghouse for a 6bt.
