Bad Vibrations

'69 W200, 1st, 2nd, & 4th gears are fine, but shift into 3rd, and I get a bad vibration that can be felt through the stick. Does this at any speed or rpm. Shift into another gear, it goes away. Hubs unlocked, and tc in 2H. Any thoughts?
