Guys,

I have gotten a couple SPAM emails from the address ugg013@aol.com in the last few days.

Checking my records that email belongs to Ugg, the owner of a WC-5 that passed away a while back.

If anyone is in contact with the family you may want to inform them that his old address is now sending out SPAM.

This looks like the same group that is sending out the SPAM from Plym49@aol.com so maybe it is an AOL problem?

Anyone else getting SPAM from Ugg's old address?

Does anyone know what is going on with these messages? I don't click on the links, so I don't know what they are peddling.

They tend to have no subject line (my email shows a default [ No Subject ] ) and contain just a link, no other text. I am aware that outgoing email addresses can be spoofed, or faked, but something makes me wonder about these old no longer used AOL accounts. Especially since multiple people said they emailed Plym49@aol.com and didn't get a reply.

Eric
