Unless you fab your own, Uglytruckling is the only game in town. I have Ray's disk brakes, power steering and hanging pedals on all my trucks, very happy. You may want to consider
buying for the future while the above is available.
Any quality auto glass shop can handle your glass needs. I have my local glass company cut the glass and install in the windshield frame. They use hot urethane to bed it in place.
