Side skirts are longer on 2wd, floor is different - no hump for trans cross-member, depending on truck size firewall is different shape, 2wd doesn't have the outside panel extension near the footwell where the back of the front fender fits, 2wd cab designed to sit 6" higher than PW so steering column cut-out not high enough, clutch cover area has to be raised. That's all I can think of at the moment, but it can be done.
