Rescued WDX #83901091 Yesterday!

We brought this beauty into the fold yesterday. Nice early WDX. One owner truck. Not a single Allen bolt on it anywhere (LOL, John)! Guy that inherited it got it running on temporary tank. Fuel pump was leaking. Installed a rebuilt pump this morning (mechanical, of course) and used a vacuum gauge to set the timing. Runs well with 19lbs vacuum. Needs brake work and gas tank renewed.

Truck came with boxes of NOS parts, mostly M-37 parts. Two NOS starters; two govt. rebuilt carbs; speedometer cables, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, seals, technical manuals, etc. Will be selling the stuff that doesn't cross to the Power Wagon.
