Suggestion:
Cut off the fan blades with a saw or cutoff tool. Remove the water pump with the remaining fan hub still attached. Put it in a vice and save the pulley, even if the heads of the bolts break off (who cares at this point)
Simply buy another fan blade, they are cheap. This will allow you to replace your water pump without taking the whole front end off.
