If it also has a clear title it is a bonus. Many of the M101's have no title to convey , so depending on your state, you might be in a jam if you want to put it on the road.
Check www.broadwaytitle and see if they can get you a title for it if there is none. You can then use this fact (cost) as a bargaining chip perhaps.
