205 is a for center drive rear . A 200 should be off set rear drive like a FFPW. Before the 205 Dodge used the 201 ,IH used a 202, Ford(offset to opposite side) used the Spicer model 24, I believe GM used the small Rockwell.
Not sure If the 205's all bolt the same or not. The pattern you describe fits the IH I have laying in my garage.
