Reminds me of a deal that happened a couple of years ago here. fellow has several mustangs in his back yard, CANNOT see them from the road, and he keeps them mostly covered. but the neigbor keeps complaining about it, and then starts with the county sheriffs dept. they look up the ordinance and sure enough they can make him get rid of them ALL. he goes down to the county courthouse, applies for and GETS a used car dealer ship license. buys a half acre lot directly across the road from his house about twenty feet off the road, opens a used car lot puts ALL of the old cars in various states of decay on the front row next to the hiway. he then starts buying more old decaying fords and parts cars and installing them on his "car lot" at one time there was about forty cars on his lot!! even though they are fords, I still like looking at his treasures. the guy next door now minds his own business and doesn't bother anyone. apparently learned a valuable lesson. moral: theres almost always a way.
