If I was going to stop to let air out i would have put the spare on. Letting the air out may have helped. I see tires with all kinds of problems. Time to get a spare tire that matches the other tires. All the guys at my shop check customers spare tires.Most folks never think of it and most are flat. We do tire repair everyday.
