NO bending. OK after you have the drums turned, or not. drums might be in good shape. The brake shoes get relined. You would go over to the shelf get the bulk linning, drill out the old rivits, cut the linning to size and rivit them back on the metal part of the shoe. Then you would take it over to the drum and see how the linning fit the contour of the drum. High/low spots?? then you would take them to the grinder and shave a little here and there till it had full contact with the drum. I hope that helps. Bill.
