As far as beds available on all trucks, it is possible that Dodge would build any truck combination you wanted if you had the $$$.
In general the 57 to early 65 trucks had the following:
1/2 ton 100 & 3/4 ton 200 crew cab: 6.5, 7.5
3/4 ton 200: 7.5
1 ton 300: 9.0
Late 65 introduced the 8 ft bed, which replaced the 7.5 ft bed. The two which are most likely to interchange are the 8 and 9 ft beds.
