Having said that I don't know the best way to get duals on a W200 (we are talking about dual rear wheelst, right?). I'd say finding a old 1-ton dually rear end with the correct gear ratio and spring width would be how I'd do it. Problem is, any old one-ton dual-tire rear ends I have on hand take odd-ball rims and it sucks to run a different lug bolt pattern up front than what you're running in back, not to mention the difficulty in matching oddball tire sizes up. It also makes swapping wheels around difficult when you have a flat up front. You'd definitely want to scare up an eight lug model, maybe off a '70s Ford 1-ton. If the springs weren't spaced out right, that could be changed for a few bucks and a little work. I don't like duals on a 4X4 (you're always pushing mud/ snow with that extra wheel that hangs outside your front wheels' track...hence more drag and less go-ability. If I really needed to be hauling large loads, I'd be looking for a 1 ton with the heavier front end.
