Walt, there are a number of sources for reproduction wire with the 'antique' look. The old wire was insulated with black rubber and covered with a braided cloth of different colors. Problem is that the rubber and cloth rots off and you now have nice bare wires! I ordered the wire and connectors to make my own harness from a company called Harnesses Unlimited.
