M-37 v. WDX

I have a 47-50 civilian pw. It is missing a lot of drivetrain components. like springs axle parts, engine parts, and though it has the engine trans and transfer case I don't think that it would be worth while to build it up with parts.

I have a chance to buy an M-37 that has a chevy pick-up body on it. Mechanically it is complete and runs. Other than having to modify the driveshafts and the springs being 3/4 ton are there any other hurdles. Are the parts interchanable?
